After you receive an order from your customer, you may place an order on zivom.com

Remember 2 things

Payment Method

At the checkout choose Bank Deposit as a payment option (if you choose Razorpay option, we will incur 5% additional charges and tax, and shall levy it to you) and submit the order. You don’t need to pay as yet. We will pick the order and ask you for payment, before dispatch.

Shipping Method

Choose option “Self-Pick up from our Mumbai warehouse”

The above shipping method must be chosen ONLY in case of drop-shipping i.e. when you want us to ship directly to your customer.

You need to send us your

a) ORDER #

b) SHIPPING LABEL

c) MANIFEST copy

d) PACKING INSTRUCTION (NO ZIVOM.COM BRANDING)

on the WhatsApp Order Group that we will create (it will have you, me and my office).

The pickup address on the label should be: -

Timeline for dispatch of each product is mentioned on the product page, it is 48 working hours for most products.

Once the product is picked, we will paste your label on a sealed tamper-evident polybag and send you it’s picture and request you for payment screenshot. 

Once payment is received we will hand over the package to the courier person (they usually arrive between 1pm to 3pm each day) and send you an image of the signed manifest copy.

Further tracking and delivery / Non-delivery responsibility will be yours, since you are the account owner on the shipping company records (shiprocket \ Shiplyte, Shipyaari, Delhivery,etc)
