How should I Return the Product?

Please email us within 7 days from order delivery date, at : hello@zivom.com mentioning the below details

- Your Order Reference Number and Name
- Image of the product and its packing, that you wish to return

If possible, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your location, within 72 hours of receiving your email. Else you can send the parcel back to us using Speed Post by India post.

Kindly place the product in the box and tighten it with paper / cloth , etc to avoid its movement and thereby damage during transit.

In cases of Remote locations from where our courier partners do not offer Reverse Pick Up Service, customer needs to courier it to us and we will reimburse upto Rs 100/-.

Please email us the courier name and tracking number, so that we issue the refund within 72 hours of receiving the return and inform you by email.

If you are returning a cash on delivery (COD) orders, - send us the following details as per your bank records

• Bank Name
• Bank Account Number
• Branch address and IFSC code
