We work with all leading logistics partners in India to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your jewelry. It might take us upto 48 hrs to dispatch your order, once the order is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days. We will keep sending you details of your order on your registered phone number and email . We sincerely apologize in case your order is delayed. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp 7303010911 with your registered phone/email & order number and we will escalate the matter to the shipping partner on your behalf. Please note that your order has already been shipped, so we request you to please refuse the delivery of the product and the item will be sent back to us. Once you have refused the delivery, we will issue a credit note, post deduction of Rs 120/- incurred towards courier charges.

Please note that the items must be returned in their original packing and should not have been used. ZIVOM reserves the right to process credit notes after checking the returned items. No exchange requests shall be entertained after 7 days. Credit not shall be issued post deduction of Rs 120/- incurred towards forward and reverse logistics charges.
Sorry to hear that you would like to return the product. To return the product, just WhatsApp us on 7303010911 stating that you would like to return the product, along with the order number and product images. We will arrange a reverse pick up for you. Reverse pick up takes about 72 hrs and approximately 7 days for it to reach us. Once received in saleable condition we will issue a credit note post deduction of Rs 120/- ( forward and reverse courier charges that we incurred).
Please send us an image of the product you have received on WhatsApp: 7303010911. Upon validation of the error, we will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or else issue a full refund, in case we have run out of stock of the exact same item.
We believe that free shipping is purely a gimmick by online marketplaces, as the courier expenses are already factored into the price. We levy weight based shipping charges since courier companies charge us in the same manner. Average weight of a jewelry item is 20 gm. Since courier companies charges us the same rate up to 500 gms, you in fact save more on shipping, upon buying more items.
Cash on Delivery was a concept introduced in around 2014 in India due to trust deficit among customers related to shopping online. We are a trusted brand on all leading marketplaces such as Amazon & Flipkart for many years now. Secondly we endeavor to send you pictures of your order before dispatch, to ensure it meets your expectation. Lastly, we want to offer you our lowest possible prices. Courier companies charge heavily for facilitating cash handling, which we definitely don't intend to pass on to you. Hence we do not offer COD.
