Reason for Return :  Damage & Missing Product:

We follow a 3-layer checking process to avoid any damage or misses from our end.  Yet if you receive any damaged or missing product, please share an end to end unboxing video (ensure that the video clearly shows the damage) on our Whatsapp # +91 8850285052 within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

We will validate the proof you provide us and either send you the replacement or issue a credit note. In case a customer buys multiple products, the complaint for only the damaged product will be entertained.

Reason for Return :  Due to Dislike

Please feel free to ask us for a candid image or video of the product that you plan to order or have already ordered (within 1 hour of ordering) and we will be happy to share the same so that you feel confidant. This will avoid the hassle of return.

Yet if you don’t like your order upon receiving, you may arrange to return it to us at your own expense by a trackable courier. Once received in saleable condition within 10 days of delivery date, we will issue a Credit Note of value equivalent to the order value less Rs 99 towards restocking fees, within 7 days of receipt of package. The same shall be communicated on your Whatsapp Number.

If you want us to arrange a reverse pick up, you may inform us on Whatsapp. We will arrange the reverse pick up within 7 days. You are requested to remain available at the pick up location and answer calls from the pick up person. Please pack safely to avoid damage in transit and paste the shipping label that we will provide. You must ask the courier person to sign on the manifest copy that we provide, and share the same with us.

Once received in saleable condition we will issue a credit note of value equivalent to the order value less Rs 150 towards restocking fees, within 7 days of receipt of package.

Cancellation Policy:

Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.

Estimated Delivery Schedule:-

Orders received till 10: 00 am will be dispatched on the same working day from our centralized warehouse in Mumbai.

It takes 1-3 days in Tier 1 cities, 3-5 days in Tier 2 cities, and 4-7 days in Tier 3 cities, from the day of dispatch. Once dispatched, we will share the tracking number with you over an email and SMS.

In Case of Return of Parcel (RTO)

In such situations we will contact you on whatsapp and share the tracking status as per courier companies. In case the package returns for reasons other than our fault (examples such as party not available, door closed, call not answered) we will issue a lifetime valid credit note of value equivalent to your order value less Rs 150. This is because we incur to and fro logistics charges when a parcel returns undelivered.
